1. Service Description
InboxAuditHQ provides automated email authentication scanning and reporting. Our service analyzes publicly available DNS records (SPF, DMARC, DKIM, MX) to assess your domain's email security posture and generate actionable recommendations.
2. Pricing
InboxAuditHQ offers the following pricing:
- Free Scan — Basic email authentication check at no cost
- Starter Report — $47 one-time purchase
- Professional Report — $197 one-time purchase
- Enterprise Report — $497 one-time purchase
- Monthly Monitoring — $49/month recurring subscription
All prices are in USD. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
3. Zero-Risk Guarantee & Refund Policy
If we complete your scan and find zero issues with your domain, you pay nothing. Any purchased report that returns a clean scan is fully refunded. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For reports that identify issues (which is the purpose of the service), no refunds are provided, as the report has been generated and delivered.
4. Automated Scanning
Our service exclusively queries publicly available DNS records. We do not attempt unauthorized access to any systems, servers, or private networks. All scanning is performed through standard DNS lookups that any internet user can make.
5. Limitation of Liability
Reports generated by InboxAuditHQ are informational and diagnostic in nature. They do not constitute legal advice, compliance certification, or professional consulting services.
We are not responsible for any DNS changes, configuration modifications, or other actions you take based on our recommendations. You are solely responsible for verifying and implementing any changes to your domain's DNS records.
InboxAuditHQ's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report or service in question.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not abuse the free scanner. Rate limits are enforced and excessive automated requests may result in temporary or permanent blocking.
- Do not resell, redistribute, or commercially republish reports without written permission from InboxAuditHQ.
- Do not use our service to scan domains you do not own or manage, for the purpose of harassment or unauthorized security testing.
7. Intellectual Property
Reports are licensed for the purchaser's internal use only. You may share reports within your organization and with direct service providers (e.g., your IT team, email hosting provider). Public redistribution or resale requires our written consent.
The InboxAuditHQ name, logo, scanning methodology, and report format are the intellectual property of InboxAuditHQ.
8. Monitoring Subscriptions
Monthly monitoring subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to terminate monitoring subscriptions with 30 days written notice, with a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of the current billing period.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to InboxAuditHQ if you violate these Terms of Service. You may stop using our service at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
